Dashania Gregory is a policy advocate and social impact enthusiast from the Eurasian community in Malaysia, known as Kristang's. She is passionate about creating positive societal change, particularly in the area of climate action and environmental protection through storytelling and public speaking. Dashania has worked with YouthCare MY, where she was the former Deputy President for Coordination and the 2nd Runner Up for the myIMPACT Intervarsity Malaysia Public Policy Advocacy Competition. Throughout the competition, she formulated and proposed credible policy recommendations related to environmental protection and climate action aligned with the United Nations’ SDGs. Her work with the Bajau Sea Nomad community has also given her first-hand experience in analyzing complex societal issues and crafting innovative solutions. Dashania's interdisciplinary education spanning business, finance, and public policy has prepared her to bring her bold vision and tireless drive to catalyze systemic change. Her diverse background positions her to understand multifaceted issues from several angles and propose comprehensive, innovative solutions to climate change and environmental issues.
