The Youth Coalition under the XV World Forestry Congress and Youth4Nature (Y4N) are excited to launch a new campaign called “The Faces of Forestry: A Living Library”! The XV WFC is prioritizing providing a platform for youth and other underrepresented communities to share their voices to an audience of global forest and forest-related stakeholders and we want to make sure your voices are included!

Through The Faces of Forestry campaign, youth will share their lived experiences and perspectives from the forest sector and other forestry-related work. Our goal is to showcase the human side of this sector and to demonstrate the diversity of the forest sector, inspiring further engagement amongst WFC participants and beyond.

Now it’s over to you! Whether you are attending the WFC in-person or participating virtually, the WFC Youth Coalition and Y4N would like to invite you and others in your network to share your forest and forest-related story by filling out this expression of interest form no later than 3rd May 2022. After you submit it, we’ll get back to you about the next steps.
