Get ready, New York! We are coming to make waves at New York Climate Week 🌊

We are thrilled to announce that we are all set to make a meaningful impact at the New York Climate Week (NYCW), happening from 17-24 September. This gathering brings together key stakeholders from the private sector, governments, activists, and funders for networking and collaboration. With numerous meetings, panels, workshops, and receptions held throughout the city, it's a bustling event.

Through our participation, we aim to empower youth, advocate for ambitious and justice-focused climate policies, bridge the gap between nature and climate movements, and build solidarity networks with young people and grassroots organisers. Our activities include several training and capacity building activities for our delegation and beyond, a micro storytelling campaign, events around nature-based solutions and planned spaces for youth networking and rest.

Our objectives are the following:

  • Promote youth representation in the international sphere, advocating for a just and equitable global climate and nature narrative.

  • Strengthen youth capacity by equipping them with the skills and knowledge to meaningfully contribute to climate and nature solutions both locally and on the global stage.

  • Foster inclusivity by building relationships with other youth and allies, creating a collaborative and resilient youth community striving towards a shared vision.
